Business Registration

Registering a company in the Philippines requires a lot of hard work and technical knowhow, and what makes it more tedious are the different forms, permits and licenses that have to be acquired from different government agencies, before you can operate as a company. This is not to mention the various paper works that need to be completed, and the long lines and waiting that you have to endure before you can finally complete your registrations and legally operate your business.

Corporations and partnerships must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to secure their primary license or certificate of registration. Single proprietorships must register with the Bureau of Trade Regulation and Consumer Protection of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

After registration with the SEC or DTI, the business entity must register with the tax authority, i.e., the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), the local government unit (LGU) of the city or municipality where it will do business, Social Security System (SSS), Home Development Mutual Fund, Pag-IBIG (government mandated housing fund for employees), and Philippine Health Insurance (government mandated health insurance for employees).

Our firm can do the entire process of registration for you. We are knowledgeable and familiar on the requirements of business registration and we have qualified and trained professionals that can guide and assist you in the registration of your company.
