Gil is a graduate of San Beda College with more than 30 years professional experience in the field of accountancy, audit and taxation. He has worked as Chief Accountant and Comptroller for several prominent companies during the earlier part of his career. Gil was in public practice as a solo practitioner for 20 years before he founded Bermudez and Associates. In addition to being Senior Managing Partner at Bermudez and Associates, he is External Auditor and Tax & Accounting advisor to several corporate businesses. He is duly accredited by the Board of Accountancy (BOA), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) to practice public accountancy. Gil is a Rotarian and served as president of the Rotary Club of Makati Northwest for RY 2010-2011. He is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountant (PICPA). He is recognized as one of the top 10 consulting company leaders in the Philippines for 2023 by CEO Insights Asia. 

Cassandra Ivana was a consistent honor student during her school days. She graduated Cum Laude at the University of the East – Manila. She was also a Tan Yan Kee Scholar, a scholarship awarded by the Tan Yan Kee foundation to selected and deserving students. She passed the board exam in October 2014 with an impressive grade of 86%. She gained her experience in auditing from one of the country’s top auditing firms. Cassandra Ivana is currently serving as External Auditor and Accounting & Tax Consultant to various companies. She is duly accredited by the Board of Accountancy (BOA) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) to practice public accountancy. She is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountant (PICPA).
